Well, it was a ‘just get-by’ sort of day.  Awake with youngest vomiting his heart out at 4am and he didn’t fully stop until about 10am.  The eldest woke with a temp and not feeling too flash, so she was not the best all day either.  Then he got a temp also.  These days, thankfully leftovers and freezer stock is a dream.  I didn’t even have time to take pictures, so these are from past dishes.  Mine didn’t look quite as finished as these do!!

Was more a’ taste test’ of the meat my husband had used to make his own beef jerky.  Also a couple of chops thrown in there from a new butcher we were trying out.


Another leftover Beef Stroganoff.  This just gets better and better.

Cut up 1/2 Banana, 1 Kiwi, Strawberries, all covered in freshly made coconut milk.  Now this was a delicious treat.

Made another batch of Plantain crackers, and these worked out a lot better. I ate half the batch before storing.  They are soooo good straight out of the oven.
