Straight up and into breakfast this morning at 6.30am. Felt hungry from yesterday and needed to get back into the swing of things.

Heated up Slow Cooked Lamb Shank with Plantain Crackers.  I can’t say they were very like crackers though.

Plantain crackers just aren’t as good cold.


Whipped up some coconut milk for tonight’s recipe and tomorrow’s beef stroganoff. Cut up the beef for that and more for a beef and broccoli dish.

A new recipe.  Herb & Coconut Crusted Chicken Breasts.  I put these with roasted sweet potato and steamed pumpkin.  The chicken I drizzled Lime juice over.  I was all out of greens, which would have been a great add.
