Needed some more fibre this morning.  Made some very bland coleslaw and reheated the leftovers from Crispy Roast Chook which had gravy and onion still with it.  Turned out like a stew.

Simple should be my middle name.  Nothing like a coconut wrap, they really are delicious.  Combo of Beet Loaf, mixed salad, with avocado as my base.

Decided to try out a new recipe for dinner.  Broccoli Beef.

It didn’t stir fry exactly, more like simmered in it’s juices.  I had my reservations.

I must say, not my favourite meal that I have made.  After all the past slow cooker meals, the meat was a bit tough.  I think I’d rather steam off the broccoli and cook the onions on their own first.
