How the focus has gone from cooking back into ‘real life’.  It is a real test of organisation, planning and preparation skills.  Lets face it, no one wants to be in the kitchen 24/7.

Beet-Loaf from the freezer.  One portion Gravy from the Freezer. Steamed Broccoli. How easy can it get?

After a busy day another heat and eat meal.  My new batch of Beef Stroganoff.
