Is it really true, school holidays are over?

I needed to lay a while in bed, too many aches and pains.  I hope that this is only the carb flu. Took a big dose of Magnesium.

Breakfast

Easy, grab it on the run today.  Got a bowl of my Slow Cooker Beef Stew.  It has really served me well.

It was out to the shops for some errands this morning and to keep my little one occupied.

Lunch

AIP Thyroid

Another easy one.  Love those Coconut Wraps.  Cooked up a another Rutabaga hashbrown, sliced it with reheated (steamed) and sliced Herbed Beef Sausage, with fried onions on a bed of Mesclun and cucumber.

Dinner

Made up Simple Gravy by Charlotte Smith, Salixisme.com AIP Living.  Yummy.  Put in two sliced of Beet-Loaf to reheat.
