Not much to report today, was off to a slow start on my AIP journey this morning.  Full of the REAL flu, not the Carb Flu as first thought.  So taking it easy today, both physically and with my appetite.

The last of the Coriander and Coconut Marinated Chicken on a bed of Cauliflower mash with steamed Kalettes.

Still yummy

Sometimes you just have to get through the day as best as you can.  Night
